Rode VXLR+ Minijack to XLR Adaptor with Power Convertor

The Rode VXLR is a Minijack 3.5mm female TRS socket to XLR Adaptor male with Power Convertor for Rode on camera microphones including the VideoMicro and self worn microphones such as the HS2 Headset Mic. The Convertor is capable of converting 12 48V Phantom Power down to 3 5V Plug in Power. This allows the aforementioned microphones to receive power from the XLR input.
