Review by Posco on April 21, 2012This is a thoroughly excellent piece of kit. Completely bomb proof and it can take a fair bit of weight. Here are some of the things you could use it for:
Attach it to a bicycle with a small video camera (Manfrotto super clamp needed)
Attach one end to a tripod and the other to a spring clamp to position objects for studio photos
Attach a flash gun on the end to get the flash gun in the centre of a white studio umbrella rather than offset
