Review by Rolo on August 26, 2009This is a very solid, well made rolling spider. Spiked tripod feet (I have Miller legs which have the same spikes as Manfrotto's) fit neatly and are secured by a rubber clamp (incidentally, it comes in two versions. This one is for twin-spiked feet, the other for single-spiked feet). The best thing about it is the foot-operated break which swiftly lowers the tripod in one move on to three static feet, which means it becomes as stable as a regular tripod spreader.
