Sony NP-FW50 Rechargeable Battery Pack

Very good product, tiny size, A7RII batteries charged in about 1H30 from USB charger.

2 x Batteries we purchased and both worked for a few days before camera began to say 'not compatible' on one and the second one last week. Not sure if this is an issue with some batteries stocked by this supplier possibly being counterfeit (as suggested by some message boards) or just manufacturing faults. In any case now the return date has expired and I do not have the option to ask for a replacement.
Is there a contact number to claim under the warranty?

Whilst it's appearance is like a genuine Sony Battery there is a big question mark as to why this battery sticks in the battery compartment. It charges and works the Nex7 camera ok but, every time it is inserted it sticks and I still have to prize it out, it will not bounce out when depressed like any Sony or Hannele replacement so will be sending it back for replacement or refund.

The battery functions and fits NEX-7, but is definitely not an original product. The labelling on the battery itself is clearly not original Sony quality. It is also markedly lighter than the original genuine battery. Much better to go with the Hahnel batteries if not original Sony products.
