The Celestron Advanced VX 8 EdgeHD is a complete astroimaging platform for deep sky observation and image capture that combines the new Advanced VX computerised mount with Celestrons best optics, the EdgeHD optical system. The telescope features an 8 in Schmidt Cassegrain optical tube with 2032mm focal length, 40mm eyepiece, an adjustable stainless steel tripod and NexStar hand controller. The EdgeHD optical technology is designed to produce aberration free images across a wide visual and photographic field of view.
