Pye, on February 26, 2018 Pros: Cons: "The orb seems to be well-made, with issues present on earlier versions (hollow central shaft, weak metal umbrella ribs) being taken care of - the central shaft is now solid, and the ribs are made of flexible fibreglass. It produces very good light for portraits, and is quick and easy to assemble and pack down. The kit containing the umbrella holder and light stand is quite good value for a good-quality product. |

Great bit of kit! By: Del, on December 27, 2012 Pros: Cons: "This is a very good bit of kit and is very versatile, I have used it with a speedlight and it works very good! Also I have used it with 2 85w 5500k bulbs (1000w of natural daylight eqiverlant). And it works fantastically so no need to go out and buy a continues lighting kit (as long as you are happy with one light and reflector). It will also work with a studio light so like I said very versatile. I only gave this product 4stars because it did not come with a bag for the umbrella to protect it when... |
