Heighway on November 23, 2012This tripod is a great, it has 4 sections but, with only three extended it is still at my eye level when a ball and socket head is attached (I'm 6 feet tall)without using the centre column. This configuration is extremely sturdy and in my opinion a joy to use especially for landscapes. You can get a full description from the manufacturers website so I won't go into dimensions etc here.
