perfect, absolutely love this device! By: s, on October 23, 2017 Pros: Cons: "great product, works well, comes with mic, clip mount with screw adaptor, foam branded sock, a good case, a bit tight when the sock and clip is attached (i havent the space to leave the mic out all the time!) and a sticker and instructions. battery phantom power via aa battery or via phantom power, i use this as a backup mic alongside my main mic, and it is perfect, can not speak highly enough about this product, its perfect for what i needed. |

Great but better with a Fethead from Titon audio By: Pedro, on September 5, 2016 Pros: Cons: "As I am sure everyone who has bought one of these in the past, then I am going over old ground. Really good sound but you need to add a powerful pre amp or you won't get very loud sound from the NTG2, I use it with a Zoom H4n which hasn't got good pre amps, so I needed to add a fethed (triton audio) which gives you 20db of clean sound boost, this gives you the proper sound you should get from this mic. Superb audio quality only from Rode. |
