Polar Pro BaseCamp Mist VND - 2/5

The VND 2 5 filter is a key part of the expanded BaseCamp range from Polar Pro. It must be used in tandem with the Circular Polarizer to operate between the desired variable stop range. This VND filter has the desired effect of reducing the amount of light that comes into the lens, allowing you to shoot in brighter conditions without over exposing the shot. In regard to key specifications, it provides a stop reduction between 2 5, an optical density from 0.6 1.5, and a light transmission percentage of 25% 3.125%. Essentially, this allows you to have full light control without having to change a filter, whilst granting full control over your shutter speed to combat the ever changing lighting conditions. The filter tab at the top of this filter further provides fingerprint free installation, as well as making the action of transferringswitching filters that bit more secure.
