An ED objective lens of 80 mm diameter, lenses of lanthanum glass, BaK4 prisms and an SMC multi layer coating of the lenses ensure an absolutely bright and clear image. The sum of all these high end components is our contribution to this high end spotting scope. By adding a high end digital SLR with an adaptor you are ready for a photo safari. The Pentax PF 80 EDA features a lightweight and compact magnesium alloy body construction that is packed with a lens that uses extra low dispersion ED glass elements to ensure maximum resolution and minimum chromatic aberration. The multi adjustable tripod socket with rotating a mechanism with locking screw provides a variable of viewing positions. The durable rubber armoured body provides plenty of grip and maximum protection.
