A must have item for Glidecam owners By: Charlie Locke, on February 27, 2013 Pros: Cons: "Originally, I tried to save a few quid' and go for the Giottos system which is very very similar to this one. Upon inspecting the item, I found it was pretty much a copy of the design and layout of the 577QR, only the Giottos has a slightly wider plate system, making you unable to use both systems together unless willing to switch out QR plates. (Which defeats the point of having a quick release system). Luckily, I was able to send the Giottos back, and bite the bullet and go for the 577QR, and... |
