Excellent quality. By: Eileen S. Jolley, on January 5, 2012 Pros: Cons: "Great quality filter. The graduation is a little sharp on very wide angle lenses, but works well for seascapes and longer lenses. A soft grad is better, in my opinion, for general landscapes on something like a 16mm on a full frame body. So unless you are shooting a scene with a super flat horizon, the soft might be a better choice when shooting wide angle. The 0.9 is quite strong for most scenes and I tend to use my 0.6 a lot more. But I wouldn't be without the 0.9. The dark area also slides... |
