Too big By: Graham, on October 4, 2018 Pros: Cons: "Got this for my old xt1. It’s so heavy and big it feels out of place. You can’t carry your camera around on your shoulder any more as it is so front heavy it pulls the camera down. Results are ok I guess but nothing great for the price. |

People moving to a mirrorless camera for size and weight may not be interested in sticking a huge heavy lens on the front of it. Make the XT2 very front heavy and unbalanced. Now delegated for studio or tripod use only. The 18-55 is cheaper by far, lighter by half, offers very similar image quality in normal light and does not unbalance the camera in the hand. |
