Extremely overpriced. By: A reader, on February 28, 2009 Pros: Cons: "This is a glorified halogen torch. You can pick up one in a hardware shop for about ?10. only this one costs 7 times more. It is OK but all it does that a halogen torch does not do is come on and off automatically, look pretty and sit on top of the camera. With a bit of tape, some kitchen greaseproof paper as a diffuser and some initiative to turn a light on and off, anyone with reasonable craft skills can probably make something similar for about ?10. Having said that, a light is very helpful indoors but... |
