Sleek and useful, but on the expensive side for sure... By: P.V.K., on March 28, 2016 Pros: Cons: "I can't argue with the first reviewer, this lens hood is expensive, considering it's a piece of plastic. However, I am a fan of lens hoods and use them on almost every lens I have. It fits the lens perfectly, it slides in position and locks easily, perhaps much easier than I expected. My experience with other lens hoods from Canon is that most of them (especially the L series lens hoods), have some friction as you twist them around the lens to lock them.
