Improved manufacture on original ones from 20+ years ago. By: R. Bryne, on April 1, 2016 Pros: Cons: "These seem to be much better constructed that the original ones that came with my Billingham bag, purchased over 20 years ago. The old partitions became very soft and thin, such that they no longer offered any protection to the equipment in the bag. When I opened one up it appears that the padding had been 'foam rubber' which, over the years, it had started to decompose back into it's 'oily' form, and had collapsed.
