Its 9 layer carbon fibre construction with magnesium castings and twist leg locks provide uncompromising performance and stability, while its unique, travel friendly design allows the legs to be folded upward, greatly reducing the tripod's foot print when it is time to pack. What's more, it is extremely simple to convert one of the legs into a monopod adding even more versatility. The FTA18CV0 comes equipped with a triple action ball head with separate controls for pan lock, drag and ball lock and is able to support up to 8kg of gear.
