Rode SC4 Adapter

The Rode SC4 Adapter connects microphones with a 3.5mm output to TRRS smartphones and tablets. With its high quality shield; it is perfect for connecting the Rode VideoMic to an iPhone for audio recording with the Rode Rec app for iOS. The grey colour coded, gold plated contacts are indicative of the TRRS output. The SC4 is designed for use with Apple iOS devices; however, it is also compatible with most of the Android devices. Please note that the SC4 works with stereo microphones, with the left and right channels combined into a mono signal to become compatible with TRRS.
