Noticeable and decent reduction in sky glow from sodium lights By: Roy Cunningham, on December 30, 2017 Pros: Cons: "2" for use with Skywatcher 130PDS telescope and Nikon D5100. 1st impressions are good for a filter at this price. Light pollution from my location tends to be orange sky glow from high and low pressure sodium street lights. As expected there's no effect with newer LED lighting. There's definitely a noticeable and decent reduction however, it's shown up how much I needed to take flat files. Worth buying. |
