No need IF... By: Daniel Gardner, on May 4, 2009 Pros: Cons: "There is no need to even think about buying this accessory if you have ordered the 55-200mm VR (which this hood is designed for) already. The 55-200mm VR comes with one of these in the box. If you purchased the lens, and did not get one of these, then it is a good idea. I took two identical photos on a tripod on a very sunny day with the hood on and off.
