The rubberised coating works very well at increasing friction and thus reducing slip and the lip finalises this by totally preventing twist. This coating is FAR FAR FAR more effective than the rubbish cork-type material that is used by other manufacturers on their camera plates. The top portion with the anti-slip lip, by removing the screw, can be removed, turned around and placed in the opposite direction so that the anti-slip sits on the facing side to the one you see in... |
