Cheap enough to buy for fun, but are also a useful professional tool By: Barney B., on December 22, 2015 Pros: Cons: "These solve a not insignificant problem - that of direct lighting from a flash-tube, which often gives hot-spots on the front of soft boxes. Plenty of lighting possibilities with a simple, small reflector and one or other of these. Cheap enough to buy for fun, but are also a useful professional tool. I found that I needed 3 sets, as I couldn't source the deflectors as single items. The gold reflector is subtle, to the point of invisibility.
