By: Kay Harrison, on February 3, 2015 Pros: Cons: "Having owned the Benro GH2 Gimbal head for around a year I would not recommend it, I have replaced the friction washer which fits between the swinging arm at the top of the head twice since owning it, Benro have to their credit replaced it free of charge, but if your out on a field trip and the friction washer falls apart it'll take 7-10 days to get a replacement, I ve now sold it and stumped up for a Jobu Gimbal head, which I would recommend. |

Benro GH2 Gimbal Head. By: Novisteel, on November 20, 2012 Pros: Cons: "I have used this head for some months now and I am suitably impressed, it is very well made and solid as a rock. The head is a joy to manoeuvre and stays where you put it! Balancing is very straight forward and gone are the times when the camera and lens fall forward because the Ball Head I was using was not screwed in tight enough to hold the combo. The Gimbal head can be left with little or no tension on the bearings and it still stays where it is put. An excellent product. |
