The AT8015 is a line gradient condenser shotgun microphone with ideal sound rejection from the sides and rear, used to capture audio over long distances. It can be battery or phantom powered. It is used for video, TV, and news production at distances and in noisy environments. Featuring a roll off position switch that reduces the pickup of low frequency ambient noise like traffic, room reverberation, and mechanically coupled vibrations, it is supplied with a stand clamp, a 58"" to 38"" adapter, a windscreen, an AA battery, and a protective carrying case.
